Original Installation Guide by GTA Belgium
Install the files with OpenIV.
– In update/x64/dlcpacks create the folder ‘sflv’ and paste the dlc.rpf (located in this download: sflv folder)
– In update/update.rpf-common-data edit the file dlclist.xml:
Search for the last dlcpacks:… and paste this new dlc code line after it:
dlcpacks:sflv
– Go to the folder ‘sflv zone and scenario files’ included in this mod download
– Follow the install intructions given in the 2 folders ‘scenario’ and ‘zone’. MAKE BACKUPS FROM THE FILES YOU REPLACE.HERE YOU SHOULD HAVE A COPY FROM THE ORIGINAL GTA V FILES, THAT ARE REPLACED HERE WITH THOSE FILES IN THIS DOWNLOAD,
IF YOU WOULD EVER LIKE TO UNINSTALL LAS VENTURAS & SAN FIERRO.
ONLY ‘SFLV.YMT’ AND ‘SFLV2.YMT’ INSIDE SCENARIO FOLDER, ARE NEW FILES AND DON’T NEED BACKUP OF COURSE.You may need the ‘No Boundaries’ mod, if your cars stops working when driving on this map.

How to install San Andreas “Las Venturas & San Fierro DLC – Remastered” in GTA 5
This guide is from AdeelDrew. I hope this helps you a bit more clearly. Simply follow along and in the end, you will be able to enjoy the San Andreas “Las Venturas & San Fierro” in your GTA 5.
Step #1. OpenIV, ScriptHookV & ScriptHookVDotNet Installation
- Download OpenIV from the bottom of this article
- Open program OpenIV select Grand Theft Auto V Directory Folder (main folder)
- Now hit install to install OpenIV in your computer.– ScriptHookV + Trainer & ScriptHookVDotNet
- Open folder ScriptHookV and copy all files form bin folder
- Paste them inside the GTA 5 Directory (main folder)
- Open Folder ScriptHookVDotNet
- And copy all files and paste them inside the GTA 5 Directory (main folder)
here’s an example image of all highlighted files you need to copy.
Step #2. NoLimits & Las Venturas & San Fierro DLC Installation
- First Create an empty folder inside the GTA 5 Directory and name it “mods“
- Now copy folder “update & x64” from your game directory and paste them into modes folder.
Note! You might not need to follow the above ‘step number 2’ because, OpenIV Program automatically creates modes folder and copies
the required update & x64 folder & files.
I recommend creating modes folder from the OpenIV Program. this way you won’t be able to copy a huge size of extra files.– NoLimits Installation
- Open OpenIV and enable editing mode.
- Open Folder NoLimits and Now drag file ‘playerinfo.ymt‘ to this location
update/update.rpf/x64/data/tune/
– Las Venturas & San Fierro DLC Installation - Open Folder Las Venturas & San Fierro DLC
- Copy sflv folder as it is and now go to {modes/update/x64/dlcpacks} from your game directory and pste it inside the dlcpacks folder.
- Now open program OpenIV and go to this location {update/update.rpf/ then click on Show in “modes” folder button}
Then from there, go to {common/data} and find: dlclist.xml
- Now edit the file dlclist.xml and search for </Paths>
and paste this new dlc code line before </Paths>
paste this new dlc code line <Item>dlcpacks:sflv</Item> - Now Open folder sflv zone and scenario files and follow steps.a. scenario folder
- Open Program OpenIV
- Select files sflv.ymt & sflv2.ymt from the scenario folder
- and drag borth files to blow location
mods/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/scenario
- Now there will be one file left in scenario folder and that will be sp_manifest.ymt
- Now select file sp_manifest.ymt and drag it in OpenIV to this blow locatoin.
mods/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/b. zone folder - Open Program OpenIV
- Select files popcycle.dat & popzone.ipl from the zone folder
- and drag borth files in OpenIV to blow location
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/
- Now there will be two more files in zone folder and those are zonebind.ymt & popgroups.ymt
- Now select both files zonebind.ymt and popgroups.ymt
and drag it in OpenIV to this blow locatoin.
mods/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/
Done! Now exit out of OpenIV, play your game and enjoy the beautify and advanture of Las Venturas & San Fierro San Andreas.

We recommend making a backup of your game before doing changes to it.
Do not install this mode in GTA 5 Online (Steam/Rockstar Launcher) you can get banned for modding your online game.
